This is the third highest percentage of slow internet connections. Though it has slowest speed, this problem was decreased by a lot to be exact up to 16% from the last quarter. which alone speaks lot about its future and This country is showing progress in solving the problem. and we hope it does faster.

2 Nepal

So the Runner up in this list is the country which holds the major part of Himalayas aka Nepal and is a landlocked country located in South Asia. Although internet was effective form 1994 A.D. in Nepal. due to political or regional imbalances It is still the 2nd country which has slowest internet connection. It has 33% internet connection below the speed of 256 kbps. This is the second highest percentage of slow internet connections. Though it has slowest speed, this problem was decreased by 4.0% from the last quarter and considering its population that’s tremendous.


1 Libya

Finally the wait is over (Not Really) as the Country with Slowest internet Connections is none other than Libya, Libya is a country in the Maghreb region of North Africa. In Libya internet was effective from 2000 A.D. and some might argue it is the reason for such slow internet speed but still it cant be denied that it is the first country which has slowest internet connection with a whopping 52% internet connection below the speed of 256 kbps. This is the highest percentage of slow internet connections ever. Though it has slowest speed, this problem was decreased by approx. 5.9% from the last quarter which is still acceptable as long as the number increases.
