Being the Wife of World famous Dr.Terry Todd, who was the America’s First ever Powerlifter Champion, Jan Todd also started interest and began powerlifting soon after their marriage in 1973, She also broke the Guinness book of World Record for lifting 394 pounds in a deadly two-hand I.e., in 1975, which was a staggering 49-year record, She also became the world’s first woman ever to lift over 400 pounds I.e., in 1976 and lifed deadlifting 412 pounds Which is still great, finally she was the first female to have the courtesy to be invited into the International Powerlifting Hall of Fame.


4 Chen Wei Ling

Chen wei Ling who is a 101 pound women who can lift over four times her body weight who set the world in fire by creating the world record for squat and deadlift i.e., in the 2009 Olympic Games, The yester year, she had won a bronze medal in Beijing, The Taiwanese heavy lifter deadlifted a staggering 430 pounds and squatted a whopping 457 pounds, and that are all set to break the world record again.


3 Aneta Florczyk

Aneta Florczyk who is a Polish female athlete and well famous Superwoman, she began powerlifting at just the age of 16, (I was still in school by that age) Aneta Florczynk won the European Championship in the year 2000, She also broke the 500-kilogram powerlifting record as a Polish athlete and has only been training on Strongmen and Strongwoman equipment since the year 2002. And just after two years in 2004, soon after that she has won the World’s Strongest Woman competition more than any other woman in history till date.


2 Abbye Pudgy Stockton

Abbye Pudgy Stockton was born in 1917 and became a pioneer of women’s weightlifting in the late1940s. She also toured the Los Angeles by performing a mind blowing hand-balancing act, The 115-pound Strong woman, standing at a 5’2 height, and she can easily lift her husband right above her head in straight handstands for long periods of time with ease. She is also called as, ‘The Queen of Muscle Beach‘ I.e., In 1944, she was a great women who also encouraged ladies to be fit in an era where muscular women were considered “too masculine.” Quite true.

Judy Glenney is the strongest women who first became competitive for women I.e., in US, She participated in the first official American National Women’s Meet in 1981 which was held in Waterloo. She is also the winner of 11 gold medals in national championships for weightlifting, she also authored the book “So You Think You Want To Be A Female Weightlifter“, as well as a series of articles throughout the mid-1980s on Olympic lifting techniques for women. Which Certainly makes her the strongest women of all time in the world..!
